Student Clubs, Teams, and Competitions

Students in Animal Sciences can apply what they learn in the classroom by participating in clubs and competing on teams in regional and national competitions.
Club and team members have the opportunity to meet students with common interests at Penn State and at other universities while traveling around the country to engage in competitions.
Clubs
The College of Agricultural Sciences supports more than 25 clubs and organizations
for students who want to learn more about an area of study or career possibilities
while taking part in social and service activities.
Teams and Competitions
Team members can develop good sportsmanship, the ability to make judgments, organize events, and complete complex projects requiring skills that will take them far on the job and in graduate school.
